30-Day Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened and in the same condition as when it was supplied.

We are unable to offer a refund for products that have been opened, installed or used unless the product is faulty.

12-Month Cool Cartridge Warranty

All Cool Cartridge products are genuine, unused OEM products and are covered by our 12-month Cool Cartridge warranty.

Whether you choose the retail-packaged option or our Unused - OEM option, you are receiving the same genuine OEM cartridge or product. The Unused - OEM option simply offers better value without the original retail packaging or presentation.

If your product develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, contact our customer support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
