You can return your order within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened and in the same condition as when it was supplied.

We are unable to offer a refund for products that have been opened, installed or used unless the product is faulty.

Free UK Tracked Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free. Orders dispatched from our warehouse are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Upgrade to Tracked 24 shipping available at checkout).

Same-Day Dispatch

Warehouse orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
